Animal Control Officer

The Mercer County Animal Control Officer is responsible for taking necessary action in dealing with vicious animals, cruelty to animals and abandoned animals.  The officer is to enforce the Mercer County Ordinance for the Control of Domestic Animals within Mercer County, administer all fees and licenses and respond promptly to calls during the daytime, evening and weekend hours.
