Animal Shelter
The Animal Shelter Director oversees the operation of the Mercer County Animal Shelter. The director maintains all administrative animal records and reports, enforces the Mercer County Ordinance for the Control of Domestic Animals and assists in the adoption of animals for the Mercer County Humane Society.

Adoption Fees
Includes: Spaying. Neutering, Worming, Vaccinations, Pan Leukopenia, & Heart Worm Testing.

Pick Up Fees
$10 per domestic animals surrendered to animal control
$10 per domestic animals picked up by animal control and returned to owner
Boarding
$7.50 Per day after pickup while at shelter
